1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking with Emin Tour & Travels, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your travel party.
2. Bookings & Payments
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Full payment must be completed 7 days before the tour departure date. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received and a confirmation email is sent.
3. Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees
- 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
- No-show: No refund
4. Changes to Bookings
Date changes requested more than 14 days before departure are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee. Changes within 14 days are treated as cancellations.
5. Our Responsibilities
Emin Tour & Travels is responsible for delivering the services specified in your confirmed itinerary. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or additional costs arising from weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, natural disasters, or any other force majeure events.
6. Health & Safety
Travellers to high-altitude destinations (Ladakh, Gulmarg) must be in good health. Emin Tour & Travels strongly recommends consulting your doctor before travelling to altitudes above 3,500m. We are not liable for health issues arising from altitude sickness.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your trip. We are not responsible for any financial losses due to unforeseen cancellations.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jammu & Kashmir, India.
